Learn to isolate and engage the 3 main bandhas on the gross physical and the more subtle levels. We'll also learn hand and foot bandhas within the core postures as well as some more exotic and esoteric bandhas. Class will include sun salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends, inversions, and meditation all centered around these bandhas to enhance strength, grace, painlessness, and calmness.

Gina Sala began chanting over 3 decades ago with Swami Sivananda Radha and has continued ever since. She leads trips to India with a focus on chanting and mantra as a path of awakening. She was lead singer for Cirque du Soleil's "O" and leads workshops and offers private sessions to help us experience vocal freedom and the awareness of Who we are.

Spiritual Healing Puja

Everyone benefits from understanding techniques of spiritual healing and using them with their clients and themselves in their journey towards wellness. Come and learn with Dr. Lad as he shares about spiritual practices, Mantras, Vastu Shastra, Yantras and the role of ceremony in healing. Concluding the evening, he will conduct a Puja ceremony for the healing for those present, the planet and all beings.
Fundraising: Admission fee, after overhead costs, will go towards construction of the Sri Ganesha Ayurveda Ashram in Pune, India.
